  • Mr.Rohit Rao
Mr. Rao is a pioneer in Khidkali Desai-Diaghar-Dativali area and has successfully organised a large society of 800 members. He started construction in the area which was not preferred by any developer. He together with Mr. Mohan Gowda the managing director of Janhit Housing Development Ltd initiated a unique project by which they successfully involved people into construction by contribution. Now site under construction Opp.Chintamani Hotel Shil-Kalyan Highway under Glory Township LLC.

Another project is under the banner of Shri-Maa Enterprises an ISO 9001-2008 approved Partnership Company. A project of three buildings of 16 floors with club house is under construction behind Dutta Mandir on Shil-Kalyan circle. Next project is also under process in Survey No.36/A next to Shil-Kalyan circle and the same will be launched in coming season after monsoon i.e. in December 2014.
